I am known as Ebn Hussein, friends know me as Hassan Shemrani. I am a convert from Shi’ism to Sunni Islam (a detailed account about my story can be found here>>>).

I am a polyglot (English, German, Persian, and Arabic) and my field of specialty is based on the research of Tashayyu’ (Shi’ism), Tasawwuf (Sufism), and the Islamic (Shia and Sunni) history of Iran.

I am also a teacher (private and Islamic institutes) and peaceful to all those who are peaceful to me, irrespective of their religious or ideological (or lack of it) affiliation.

I am not a pious person, although I strive to be one of them and love those who are from them, or in the words of Imam Shafi’i:

أحب الصالحين ولست منهم

“I love the righteous, although I’m not of them.”

Or in the words of Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah:

“Verily, I constantly renew my Islam until this very day, as up to now, I do not consider myself to have ever been a good Muslim.”

I love Allah and His Messenger (ﷺ) and the companions (Sahabah) of the Prophet, especially his Ahlul-Bayt and the chiefs of the Muhajirun and Ansar i.e. Abu Bakr, ‘Umar, ‘Uthman and ‘Ali (may Allah be pleased with them). However, I despise ghuluw (exaggeration) and zandaqah (heresies) in their name just like they themselves did:

It is reported that al-Hasan ibn al-Hasan ibn ‘Ali ibn Abi Talib – may Allah be pleased with them – said to a person from the Rafidah, the extreme Shi’ites:

“Love us, but if we disobey Allah, then hate us; for if Allah was going to benefit anyone because of his relation to the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ), without obedience [to Allah], He would have benefitted the mother and father [of the Prophet].”

My da’wah is based on the defense of Islam (that is not in need of me but I am in need of it) that has been preserved by none but the victorious Ahlul-Sunnah wa al-Jama’ah (may Allah reward and bless them).

My da’wah is based on the defense of the noble Sahabah – may Allah be pleased with them – who have been vilified by the Sahabah-abusers, the Rafidah.

My da’wah is based on the defense of the noble Ahlul-Bayt – peace be upon them – whose name has been polluted by the ghulat, the extremists, the exaggerators, their false claimants, the Rafidah.

The pillar of my da’wah is Tawhid, nothing, not even the Sahabah or Ahlul-Bayt are more important than Tawhid, in fact, they achieved the lofty statuses they achieved due to the implementation of Islam and Tawhid in their lives.

Shaykh Nasirud-Din al-Albani – may Allah have mercy upon him – said:

‘It is compulsory to concentrate and focus on Tawhid firstly. This is the methodology of the prophets and messengers – peace be upon them –’

I have given an oath to my Lord, my Creator, Allah the Exalted, that my pen shall never dry up and that I shall never stop speaking the truth as long as I’m breathing, with the permission of Allah.
